Click the green calendar in the center to go back to Today.

When you click on a date in the Calendar, the daily schedule for that date will appear below.
( A flashing dot appears if there are events set for that day. More on this later.)

An empty time slot means there are no events scheduled for that hour. Click on the time to set a new event.

7am :00 Phone Conference

If an event has been scheduled for a time slot, the minutes and a description of the meeting will appear inside a box. Click on the time to view, edit, or delete that event.
