Q: How is polymer infused into the board?
A: It is accomplished by using both a proprietary process and a proprietary acrylic polymer formulation. The process takes place in enclosed vessels, and involves both vacuum and pressure.
Q: Do you have to use special tooling to machine and fabricate with TorZo Surface products?
A:No. You can cut and machine with standard carbide tooling. TorZo Surface products can be routered by hand or via automated C&C equipment.
Q: What type of adhesives are used to glue the TorZo Surface products?
A: Any Titebond II or III product that is standard in most mill work shops will work great. Also, any 2-part solid surface eopxy will work great. The advantage of the epoxy is that it dries quickly.
