Construction: Three-ply engineered; Solid 3mm thick wear layer laminated over cross-linked teak core for dimensional stability—May be refinished 2-3 times.

Milling: Milled tongue and grooved all 4 edges, Micro-bevel 4-edges

Size: 9/16” x 4 3/4”. Also available in 9/16 x 3 3/8 (Special Order)

Finish: Satin Gloss 7 layer high wear UV cured acrylic urethane with anti-scratch aluminum oxide in top two coats

Hardness: 1,300 to 1400– Janka scale (10% harder than Oak)

Core: FSC teak, wear layer of Teak is from same plantation. The other wear layers of the exotics are from managed second growth forests in Central America--All suppliers are screened for proper documentation and management practices.

Backing: The backing of the flooring is ALWAYS FSC certified but the species varies--usually a pine or euclyptus.

Warranty:25-Year Limited Warranty for separation / wear-through – Medium Traffic

Environmental Certification: UAT Prefinished Engineered Pilong Flooring is manufactured under the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC©) trademark. This symbol identifies products which contain wood certified in accordance with the rules of the FSC©. At least 70% of the wood used in manufacturing this product comes from certified plantations.

LEED: MRc7 Certified, EQc4.4: Low-emitting Materials, no added urea formaldehyde resins

Installation: Suitable for Floating, Nail-down or Glue-Down

Cleaning: Dust as required with standard equipment. May be cleaned as required with DAMP (not wet) mop with mild floor cleaning solution. Commercial quality hardwood floor cleaners may also be used such as TARQETT floor cleaner. Shine may be refreshed with BONA KEMI “Refresher” annually.
