ScanRoof ®, a modern, lightweight, easy to install metal roof panel, simulates a tile roof. The panel is installed horizontally, eave to ridge, on an open frame system, or solid deck. ScanRoof has a 2" integral Z purlin allowing for air flow between the panel and substrate, and may span up to 48" o.c. It is lightweight, allowing installation over an existing roof without the need of tear-off and disposal. ScanRoof has a smooth texture with a quality finish. Typical applications for ScanRoof are commercial and residential roofing with, a recommended minimum pitch of 3:12; also suitable for mansards.
