Brac Gray Water Systems
Pressure Tanks
Brac Systems PT Series pressure tanks are used to support the BRAC Residential and Commercial greywater pumps by providing additional water storage under pressure to meet the total demands of a system if the pump is incapable of supplying the required volumes. The PT-60L, 80L, 100L and 200L free standing captive air, pressure tanks are all equipped with an EDPM diaphram with a 100psi maximum working pressure (tested to 150psi). Our tanks are manufactured with a tough epoxy-baked finish to ensure there is no air to water contact, for a rust-free operation. The replaceable bladder is made from synthetic rubber which will increase reliability and extend the life span. This bladder design will not permit any water to tank contact which eliminates seeping and waterlogging, and the need for air volume controls.
Pressure tanks will also reduce unnecessary pump starts by storing enough pressure required for 5-6* toilet flushes between pump starts. This will in turn, reduce energy costs to operate the pumps. Even in the event of a power failure, the stored pressure in the tank will allow for 5-6* toilet flushes.
